Revolutionary PhIP-Seq Technology

Our Peptide Hormone PhIP-Seq service combines the power of phage display with next-generation sequencing to deliver unprecedented insights into hormone-targeting autoantibodies.

Due to the critical nature of these peptides and variations in phage display structure which might inhibit detection of an antibody response, each peptide hormone was displayed redundantly in multiple windowed contexts. Short hormones were displayed to the left, center, right, or repeated across the 34-mer peptide display window. Each version was displayed 5-times, providing abundant experimental redundancy for real detected reactions. An example of this for an insulin peptide is shown in the table below.
